The above-mentioned fees include supplement for credit or debit card payment.

Regular Participant fee includes
  • Access to the lecture halls unless otherwise stated
  • Access to poster sessions, exhibitions and public lectures
  • A printed conference programme
  • Open access to the abstracts and conference proceedings at the Journal of Physics: Conference Series published by IOP
  • Coffee and beverage breaks
  • Welcome reception on Tuesday 21 July
  • Reception on Wednesday 22 July
The Student Participant fee includes the same services and amenities as those of the Regular Participant. Students are requested to submit a copy of their valid student ID after their registration by email to This email address is being protected from spambots. Accompanying Person fee includes:
  • Welcome Reception on Tuesday 21 July
  • Access to the public lectures, morning coffee and internet access
  • Reception on Thursday 23 July
  • A one-day tour around Toledo on Thursday 23 July
Please note:
1) The information of the accompanying person can be added through the Online Registration form.
2) The cost of the conference dinner is NOT included in the registration fee and should be purchased through the online registration form.

Payment

The registration web page will link directly onto the payment website.
Payment is required to complete registration. The payment website accepts the following credit and debit cards: MasterCard, VISA and American Express.

Cancellation and Refund Policy

Cancellations received up to 22 May 2015, will be fully refunded, except for 50€ for administrative costs. Cancellations received up to 21 June 2015, will have a refund of 50% of the registration fee.
No refund will be made for cancellations received after 22 June 2015 or registered participants who fail to attend. No refunds will be made in case of cancelled sessions or program changes.
However, an alternative participant will be accepted with an administrative charge of 30€ for the name change. Oral agreements are only binding when these are confirmed in writing by the Conference Office.
